You can track your order through your customer backend. All you need to do is log into your account, and place your tracking numbers in the “track your order” field.

If you accept payments with PayPal, funds from PayPal sales on BV will be deposited into your PayPal account once every 4 weeks, automatically. We encourage sellers to use a PayPal Business account and not a Personal account, as personal accounts are subject to monthly receiving limits and cannot accept payments from buyers that are funded by a credit card.

It’s easy to set up a shop on Billion Vegans (BV). Register to the site and upon approval create a BV account (if you don’t already have one), set your shop location and currency, choose a shop name, create a listing, set a payment method (how you would like to be paid), and finally set a billing method (how you would like to pay your BV fees).

Joining and starting a shop on Billion Vegans (BV) is free.

It is free of charge to publish a listing to the marketplace. Once an item sells, there is a 20% transaction fee on the sale price (not including shipping costs).

We pay our sellers once every 2 weeks.

The customer will be charged shipping upon payment for products in his/her cart.

In case the cart includes multiple items from multiple sellers, the sum of all shipping charges will be charged once for each customer.
The seller will receive their share of the shipping charges during the monthly payout along with the payment for the sale of their products.
As for sellers – each seller is responsible for handling and managing their shipments.
Register to become a seller here. Once approved you will get free access to the Seller Dashboard, where you can upload products and manage inventory and sales.
You’ll find all your items on your Seller Dashboard.
There you can add/delete or edit them, control the inventory and manage shipments and returns.


There is no upfront fee. We charge 20% commission for every sale you make.
